Position: Marketing Officer

We are looking for a suitable candidate for the above position, based at A3 Education & Training main office at Lido Plaza, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.

Responsibilities:
  • To counsel and advise students & parents on overseas and local study options
  • To liaise with school counsellors on courses and events
  • To assist students and parents on course applications, study visa submission and accommodation arrangement
  • To attend education exhibition and fairs and able to work during weekend
  • To conduct presentation to students, parents and counselors
  • To execute company marketing plans
  • To attend to administrative functions
  • Undertake special assignment, ad hoc functions and related duties as and when required
  • To prepare logistics and marketing collateral for Education event off-site
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor Degree in any field
  • Diploma candidate with working experiences is welcome
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
  • Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as role requires candidate to deal with mandarin speaking clients
  • Able to work independently and with minimal supervision
  • Outgoing & pleasant personality, mature, good interpersonal & communication skills and customer service skills
  • Local and overseas graduates with at least 2 years working experience are encouraged to apply
  • Willing to travel, both outstation and overseas
